1/4 C. Fresh Lemon Juice 4 Drops Grapefruit Essential oil 2 C. of Water (filtered or purified) or Raw Coconut Water 2 T. Organic Raw Honey or Organic Maple Syrup 1/8 t. Himalayan Pink Salt or Celtic Sea Salt Mulled Wine5 C. Red Wine
1 Drop Cinnamon Bark Oil 1 Drop Clove Oil 2 Drops Orange Oil 2 Drops Tangerine Oil 2 t. Honey Stir and heat slightly. Serve warm. |
