Raven Uses:

• Place a few drops in a hot pot of water.  Cover your head with a towel and breathe in vapor's to help clear sinuses.
• Add to a hot towel and place on chest as a compress.
• Apply to neck and chest to relieve congestion
• Add to a shower melt disc and allow fumes to penetrate the air as you shower for congestion relief
