Fiesta Salad w/Cilantro Lime Dressing

1 Bunch Cilantro
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 t. Sugar
1 t. Cumin
1 T. Sriracha
½ C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ C. Red Wine Vinegar
10 Drops Lime EO
 
Fiesta Salad
Option 1:  Put the following ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing.
  • Lettuce
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Avocado
  • Corn
  • Black Beans
  • Onions
  • Green Peppers

Option 2:  Layer ingredients in this order in a mason jar for a salad on the go. About 4-5 T. of dressing and 2-3 T. of each item (other than lettuce)

  • 2 cups of lettuce

Summer Salad w/Mustard Citrus Vinaigrette

½ C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ C. Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 T. Sugar
1 T. Mustard
1 t. Dried Dill
1 t. Sriracha
10 Drops Tangerine, Lemon, and Lime EO

  • Scallions
  • Pistachios
  • Cranberries
  • Apples

1 t. Mustard
1 t. Dried Rosemary
1 T. Chopped Fresh Basil
1 t. Honey
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
3 Drops Basil, Thyme, Lemon EO

  • Feta
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Red Onions
  • Red Peppers
  • Cucumbers

Option 2:  Layer ingredients in this order in a mason jar for a salad on the go.  About 4-5 T. of dressing and 2-3 T. of each item (other than lettuce)
