Elemi Uses:

• Vapo rub. In a double boiler combine 2 T. Beeswax, 2 T. Coconut Oil, and 4 T. Almond Oil. While that is melting add 15 drops of RC, Eucalyptus (your choice), Lavender, Peppermint, and Elemi to a 1⁄2 pint jar. Once wax combination has melted together and cooled a minute or so, add to oils and stir. The mixture will set up QUICKLY. 
• Diffuse to promote rest and relaxation.
• Add to facial moisturizer or apply neat to skin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
• Rub neat onto large muscle groups to promote quick recovery and reduce soreness.
• Add to cough roller: 20 drops RC, 20 Drops Ravinstara, 20 Drops Purification, 20 Drops lavender, 10 Drops Elemi. Fill bottle 2/3 with carrier oil. Apply in a butterfly pattern to chest and back.
• Elemi has been known to calm horses. Add 1-2 drops in palms, rub together, have your horse inhale.
