Cedarwood Uses:

• Combine with lavender and smooth on pillows/sheets for a sounder sleep
• Add to lotion/soap to help with eczema
• Add to shampoo to promote hair growth and ease dry scalp
• Rub on arthritic areas to ease pain
• Rub into abdomen/stomach to help with diarrhea
• Rub two drops onto bladder and kidney areas to help increase urination
• Inhale deeply 3x per day to improve focus
• Rub into chest and throat for a minute to help break up phlegm
• Combine with epsom salt and coconut oil to exfoliate face and reduce acne flare ups
