Just a few uses for R.C....

• Add 15 drops to 2 C. water, soak a hot towel for a hot compress to relieve chest congestion
• Diffuse to reduce cold symptoms
• Apply drops on ears, wrists, neck, forehead, temples, and/or feet to reduce congestion
• Add 2-5 drops in hot water, place towel over head and breathe deeply to clear congestion
• Add to coconut oil for a chest/feet rub
• Diffuse to purify air and reduce allergy symptoms
• Add salt and distilled water to create your own nasal spray
